BellWeather ("the Software," "the Service," "we," "us") is a computer program that provides stock-market data, artificial-intelligence analysis, and algorithmic data visualization — including gamma exposure (GEX), delta exposure (DEX), options flow, and related analytics — to assist users in their own market research.
Nothing produced by the Software, displayed on this website, or shared in any BellWeather community (including Discord) constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. BellWeather is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA, or any other regulatory body.
Any signal, level, alert, score, or AI-generated output the Software provides is not a direct instruction or recommendation to take a trade. All outputs are informational tools intended to assist your own independent analysis. You alone decide whether to buy, sell, hold, or do nothing.
Trading securities, options, and futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Options in particular can lose their entire value rapidly, and 0DTE (zero days to expiration) options are among the highest-risk instruments available to retail traders. Past performance — whether of markets, strategies, indicators, or AI models — is not indicative of future results.
You assume your own financial risk in full. By using the Software you acknowledge that any trading decisions you make are yours alone, that you may lose some or all of your invested capital, and that BellWeather bears no responsibility for your trading results.
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. AI models — whether a third-party API you connect or the included local open-source model — can produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading output ("hallucinations"). The Software is provided for informational purposes and no output should be relied upon as accurate without independent verification.
The included local AI model runs on your own hardware. Performance depends on your GPU and system; we make no guarantee the local model will function on any given machine.
The Software currently requires a Robinhood account login to retrieve market data. BellWeather is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc., Anthropic, or any other third party. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party account you connect, and you use such connections at your own risk. We may change data providers at any time, and any such change may alter or interrupt Service functionality.
All sales are final. Subscription fees, Discord membership fees, and any other purchases are non-refundable, in whole or in part, including for partial billing periods, unused time, dissatisfaction with the Service, incompatibility with your hardware, data-provider changes, or trading losses. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use BellWeather Desk for your own individual use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer (except where permitted by law), or share your account credentials or the Software's data feeds with others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
THE SERVICE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, UPTIME, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR TIMELY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELLWEATHER, ITS OWNER(S), OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, LIABILITY IS FOUND, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BELLWEATHER IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BellWeather and its owner(s) from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights or terms of service.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any permitted court proceeding shall lie in North Carolina.
We collect the information you provide at sign-up (name, email, username) and basic usage information needed to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal information. Payment details are processed by our third-party payment processor and are never stored on our servers. Third-party credentials you enter into the desktop app (such as a brokerage login or API key) are used locally to connect to those services.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including changing data providers, features, or pricing for future billing periods. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on this page or by email.
